The sound quality on these is really quite surprising, much better than I expected from a pair of $15 earbuds, and really far better than my original Google Pixel Buds. But what was shockingly impressive was the volume that these earbuds produce - painfully loud at full volume! Totally unexpected from a non-amplified set of earbuds like this and really quite impressive at any price, let alone at the bargain basement price of $15. The one area that could be improved is the fit. Not quite as universally comfortable as Apple Earbuds, and their fit would be dramatically improved with a rubber loop like the one on the Pixel Buds to secure them in your ears. This makes them a tough recommendation for active wear, as they are likely to slip out with vigorous movement. I improved this a little by clipping the cord to my lapel to take some of the weight off and improve the hold. But the sound and value really can't be beaten. In every situation except high impact exercise (when I'm not carrying my phone anyway), these are my go-to earbuds.

Mainly wanted these to listen to podcasts or music while at laundry mat or waiting rooms. I have blue tooth earpieces but wanted something didn't have to worry about charging...or losing. These work great for my needs. Sound is fine and IF I would lose them I don't need to rob a bank to replace them like bI would some of my blue tooth ones. Quit satisfied

I purchased these to use with my Amazon Fire 10 tablet. I am considering upgrading to the Amazon Fire 11 and I read that they do not have a standard earphone outlet. You have to use the US-C port. I wanted to see how these worked before I traded my tablet. I am happy with them. The sound quality is very good. The sound control knob on the wire is convenient. The only slight negative I have is that they are a little big for my ears. When earbuds come with adjustable plugs, I always use the smallest one. But I can still wear them comfortably. I don't use them for exercise, so they stay in my ears.

I was looking for headphones to use which are wired, and have a mic (bluetooth headphones typically have terribly mics); just like the old, original iPod headphones. The issue is that I have a Android (Note 20 Ultra) and there is no aux port like most phones these days. These have really good sound quality. Not just for the price, but good sound quality in general. Obviously you won't get the quality of the rubber-tipped headphones but the pros of not having a sweaty, sound canceling object in your ear outweigh the minimal loss of bass you get from this design. I've purchased my first pair about a year ago, and used it everyday at work. Eventually the microphone gave out, it would cut in and out. I purchased another because the white cord was getting a little raggedy looking - but also told the company about the microphone. They honored the 2 year warranty and sent another promptly. Highly recommend this product.

The right earbud stopped working in two weeks. It says one year warranty tag on the earbuds but it’s a hotmail.com address. Try to get product support via Amazon, I was informed there’s no product support for this item. So basically, did you get what you pay for just stick with through Apple products. these knock offs don’t last at all.

I use the wired earbuds, daily for calls out of state. It's tough to find buds with this shape, but those are my only preference because I have smaller ears-they are very comfortable! I only gave 4 star ratings for volume and sound because I've only used them twice, but will definitely stick with this company! The customer service is TOP NOTCH! They reached out to me, because someone in the same time frame had issues, so they followed up with other customers as well! These days, that doesn't happen, but they went above and beyond. Kiki is AMAZING. The rep that assisted me, was very attentive and emailed several times to make sure I had the tracking number, received the replacement offered to me, AND to make sure there were no other concerns. Very sweet, caring and professional! So far so good on the second pair, but if there's a problem, I know Kiki will be there to attend to it! Way to go! Can't go wrong with good customer service!

This is definitely not the original product and is a first copy. I got a used (which I'm assuming is a returned product) earphones and the microphone barely works when on call. So much disappointed with the purchase and will return it right away!

Left one not working

There is no ear cap(for eg: silica gel ear cap) for this prodict and hence earphone hurts the ear if not placed in a particular way. Voice quality & Mike are all fine

Callers couldn't hear clearly at all. Pathetic in terms of build quality.
