Would recommend product.
Been using this for 2 years. Falls off sometimes in shower, but that happens with any of our suction items in shower. It hasn't broken with any of falls. Would recommend product.

Helps save water
I really liked this inexpensive reminder to keep showers short. My only problem was, after several weeks the suction cup failed. The timer fell, the plastic cover popped off, and the little hourglass fell out and broke. I liked the thing well enough that I'll buy another. Next time I'll reinforce the protective cover with a dab of superglue (or stick the timer above a shower caddy so it won't fall all the way to the floor). Anyway, despite its one shortcoming, I do like it well enough to replace it.

Won't Stay Stuck
Falls of the fridge within a few hours. Worthless. The mechanism works, but if it won't stay attached there's no point.

Works as expected but doesn't stick to wall very well
Works ok but suction cup doesn't hold it as you'd expect. Took the idea to use a dab of caulk on the cup from another review and that works ok. I'd suggest packaging it with a small ketchup packet size of caulk and add that to the directions for installation/use.

shower timer perfect for family
I was tired of trying to keep tabs on how long my 4 girls were in the shower so was on a mission to find the perfect timer to keep them on track....I found it in this simple, inexpensive 5-minute timer! Because we have an attachment on our shower head that allows us to "pause" the flow, the fact that this timer rotates, allows us to set it to the side when we've paused the water, which saves even more water and maximizes our 5 minute limit! It's been a great tool for ALL of us - there's one in all 3 showers!

The sand often gets stuck so timer not accurate. Easily comes apart from the suction backing.

Simple design, Does exactly what it should
After too many mornings battling the kids over how much time they spent in the shower, I searched and found this simple yet effective gadget. The timer is attached to a suction cup. Just turn it to start the sand flowing. Suction cup easily attached to the shower wall and has been removed for cleaning and re-attaches with no trouble. A simple, inexpensive tool that has helped our family tremendously. Well worth the money, I ordered one for each bathroom.

It does what it was intended to do. However ...
It does what it was intended to do. However, the suction does fail from time to time, so I would not place it too high in the shower.
