I own a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe, and the emergency key includes the eyelet for a key chain. Guess what? If the little button is accidentally pressed, the emergency key stays attached, but the FOB does not. Not sure why they would design the most important part to “not” be connected to your key chain, but this holder works perfectly to prevent that. I actually bought 2 of these and couldn’t be happier. I had lost the FOB a few times before and knew what I needed. I logged into Amazon and found it very quickly. Well designed and looks great, too! I highly recommend this item!

I love the look of this key fob, simple and classic. The quality is nice. It's a little stiff at first, but eventually softens like butter. I love this key fob case so much, this is actually my second time purchasing this exact leather case (the first one hit was torn by some rude auto body shop employees). This case keeps my original key fob well protected without interfering with the performance of the buttons or signal.

My wife had taken a walk around the neighborhood. When she came home she had ask I had taken the key fob off of course I said no. Thinking she had lost it. I price a new fob it was very expensive. Took a walk to see if I could find it and I did. There is a button on the fob that released the fob from the key chain which exposed the key that you can use if the car battery goes dead. Anyway the leather case Secures the fob assembly to stay with the key ring if the button is pressed. It’s worth the buy trust me.

I got this for a santa fe '18 and it was a fight to get it to fit but worth it! I dont think this is real leather, (which makes it vegan y'all) but it is a very sturdy construction that looks good. After having wholesale dropped my fob in the street, and almost not even noticed before I bought this cover, I'd say that spending $20 on this is much better than panicking about someone finding your fob, potentially stealing your car, $150 for a new fob assembly, programming AND the hassle of going to the dealership and asking for something reasonable... and there's a potential that you'd have your car towed if you have push button start, you're soooooo SOL. Spend $20 now, save >$200+sanity=done.
