100 Grams/4 oz of Blue Oyster Mushroom Spawn Mycelium to Grow Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms at Home or commercially - Use to Grow on Straw or Sawdust Blocks - G1 or G2 Spawn

Picture shows mycelium spreading in 4days. The 4oz grain spawn was used as G1 for 2 bags 10lbs each(after sterilized). This is intended to use after the hot summer. It colonize grain more than 5mm per day, this is a sign of healthy G1 grain spawn. Maybe I will used 4 bags sterilised grain 10lbs each next time. Always received very good quality/healthy grain spawn. Thanks

Spawn came on time and worked just as expected. Would recommend to anyone! Only complaint would be the packaging as it came in a small ziplock bag, which was not very durable. Other than that, great product!

Ordered in April, received in a week. At first I was a little skeptical about the baggie I received, but it was great. A little quality spawn goes a long way. I've made 8 quarts of grain spawn and 2 qts of plug spawn from it. Absolutely no contamination even upon opening and closing the bag under as sterile as possible conditions. Very satisfied with this product. Mushrooms were very tasty. Will be ordering other spawn from this seller again. Big difference in indoor and outdoor grow but both produced quality shrooms. Harvesting first flush from outside today. Smaller substrate bag but looks like it'll be 2+ lbs.

I love growing my own mushrooms, I’ve been cultivating them for years. I’ve tried many different suppliers and had excellent luck with black oysters. These spores do not grow, not sure if they are old, degraded or just poorly handled. Obviously since you have to wait months for results it isn’t an item you can return. Do not waste your money.

Received item in a ziploc bag that smelled of anise. The grain showed to be only half colonized and had early fruiting which was likely due to inexpensive packaging from vendor allowing contamination. Item says mycelium but it was mostly just grain.

Not as productive as expected. Dried out and died before maturity.

Perhaps it was my fault and i didnt culture them correctly, but i was not able to get any growth with these mushrooms. Im sure if your an experienced shroom farmer you can make these work, but for me personally, i got nothing.

Spawn looks and smells great, but (1) of the (2) plastic sandwich bags was not fully sealed so I don't know for sure if that one is sterile. I am hesitant to use it for further expansion. Perhaps consider sealing in with a heat sealer instead for a true airtight seal? I think the sandwich bag seal came apart in transit. Otherwise looks like really good spawn.
