Fantastic book and knowledge on the GM LS series engines. Its always great to have a book if you are into these engines even if there is alot of knowledge online there are still alot of valuable specs in this book. I got it because I'm an enthusiast not necessarily as a how to guide.

Not bad. I would say its a good supplement to the engine manual. It shares great insight to additional knowledge/advice.

Nice product

I bought this book for the torque specs and tolerance details but was impressed by the knowledge they give and the nice color pictures. I've built quite a few engines in my life but I'd venture to say this book would be a necessity for the novice builders as well. Im sure a person could build an engine that would run fine if they had this book and followed the instructions given. Definitely worth the money

This book has helped me greatly!! I am very mechanically inclined, but I had not ever rebuilt a motor myself. This book has great information and its easy to follow. I suggest reading before you start and then using it as a reference after because things you need to know about a specific part or point is addressed multiple times in different sections. All the information is needed, but it wouldn't make sense to go into details of some of it until later in the book, but it is important to know it all up front as you are tearing it down to what you will need to keep or do later. Without a friend with knowledge I could not have done this project by myself or without the tools they suggested me buying.
