6 ft 2in Wide Grey Floor Cable Duct with Guard - Cable raceway - 6.6 ft - gray , TAA (RD50_2)

I was looking for a low cost way to hide some cables from the center of our conference room table to the wall. I wanted something that was low profile. This was a very good choice. We secured this to the concrete floor and had the carpet installer butt up against the duct. We were using 2 x 2' carpet tiles. The profile of this duct with the cap on is only slightly higher than the carpet tile which is glued to the floor. Compared to cutting a trench in the concrete and other higher cost solution, this worked very well. Recommend that you do not rely solely on the double-sided tape already installed on the bottom of the duct. It was sparingly applied. We used a few concrete anchors to be safe.

I was a bit worried when this 6 foot long package was delivered. They simply wrap some cardboard around it so it can be damaged if stepped on or bent as it is very flexible. There were a number of kinks in the package but luckily no stress marks on the plastic. I was able to fit an HDMI cable, power, coax and Wii Audio/video cable. That just about fills it but was enough for my installation. Other than the possible damage in shipping all was fine. Lightly sand it and paint adheres well.

Cracked when I cut it with a hack saw. Otherwise a good product the pieces fit together very snugly and I was able to run 3 sets of 12 gauge speaker wire with fairly thick insulation in it. It was a tight fit but it does fit.

This product is awesome! I manage operation for a company and have to make sure our conference rooms are safe for Insividuals to walk in and around. This product works and once secured on the ground doesn't move with normal traffic.

I bought this cable raceway specifically to hide a bundle of speaker cable running to an A/V receiver plus a coaxial line. It does the job very well overall. It's solidly designed and attractively mounted to white baseboard molding. I was able to house four 16-gauge 2-wire speaker wire lines plus one coax cable in the raceway. This was the max. Anything more and you cannot keep the raceway snapped together. The tension on the snap could stand to be a bit stronger. This, plus the relatively high price is the only reason I cannot give it 5 stars. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this raceway to anyone looking for a higher capacity cable raceway.

This is great for multiple larger cables. I had a coax cable TV line, a powered sub-woofer line, and several speaker wires and all of them fit neatly in this cable guard. This would not have worked with the traditional rubber kind typically available in office supply stores. I tried and had to use two. This way I could use only one. It is conveniently low profile as well and not a wide as others, so it is easy to walk and navigate over. I decided not to us the sticky back ... just leave the peel off tape covered ... because I didn't want to muck up my hardwood floors. Just cut to length with a hack saw and miter box. It still stays put unless you accidentally kick it. This is the go to solution for multiple cables and wires.

Great product! Very versatile and possibilities can be done with it. It comes in a great length, so you can cut it to desired lengths if you can't use as one piece.

These are great to hold thicker HDMI and plenum rated cat5e cables that the rubber strips can't corral. We use a bandsaw to cut 45 degrees on them to follow walls or turn to a conference table, they look really nice when done, and are strong and resilient. Core drill is obviously best, but if you can't do that then these are a close second place at a fraction of the price.

This is one of the best raceway for cables I have worked with. I have tried a lot of different ones you may have seen on here from other brands and this is the best one by far. It easily fits 4 power cables and a couple more smaller cables. DEFINITELY recommend.

Tends to pop apart if it gets banged a certain way. Be prepared to get on your hands and knees once in a while, reassembling.

Works very well. Comes flat so lays flat right out of the box. I have several cables running though it. Withstands stepping on it and chair casters very well.
