Once the desired temperature has been achieved the pack is ready for use. Using Microwave: Place the gel pack in the microwave for 45 seconds on high power (based on 600W microwave). Remove the gel pack from the microwave and knead to distribute the heat. Check that the desired temperature has been achieved, if not return to the microwave for 10 second intervals, until the desired temperature has been achieved.

Can I use the cold therapy after waxing or epilating? If yes then should I use the pack directly over the skin or need to cover the pack with cloth?

The pack can be used after epilating or waxing. If the same should be used with or without the cover is a personal choice. The purpose of the cover is to prevent hot and cold freeze burns and this happens at extreme temperatures. We would recommend using it with the cover as the skin is very sensitive after epilating or waxing.
