Looks brand new
Looks brand new. Good game also. Never played but I like it. It's kind of like the old Nintendo Mario I used to play.

Platforming Perfection
I've been a gamer since roughly 1990, starting my gaming career on the original NES. In the subsequent years, side-scrolling platformers dominated the video game market, due to the fact that 3D wasn't really an option due to technical limitations. As the newer generations of consoles pushed the graphics barrier, platformers were replaced with shooters, racers, and open-world games. On the Xbox 360 and PS3, platformers have basically been non-existant comprised not even a full percent of retail games being released. Enter Rayman Legends. Legends looks to build upon the artistic style, memorable music, and solid gameplay mechanics of Origins. Originally slated for an exclusive release on Wii U in February of 2013, Rayman Legends was delayed until September 3rd, in order to be ported to the Xbox 360 and PS3, granting access to the title to a much larger user base. Not only did the delay allow developers to tweak gameplay elements, they also added 40 re-mastered levels from the original game, calling the section "Back To Origins." This means that Rayman Legends is packed with content. The smooth side-scrolling game is simple enough for anyone to pick up and play, but still offers enough of a challenge for the hardcore gaming crowd to enjoy. The music is charming and the artistic style is beautiful, packed with colors and interesting worlds to explore. Although not quite as challenging as it's predecessor, the precision of the controls along with the gameplay variety makes this one of the best platformers in recent memory. Definitely pick this one up!

An incredible improvement to an already-solid game!
Rayman Legends is simply delightful, just like its 2011 predecessor Origins. The sharp 2D artwork and gorgeously rendered environments really suck you in, and the music is top-notch. There are some levels that really leverage the excellent music into the gameplay itself and have become real favorites of mine ("Castle Rock" is one of the best things in video games this year). There are also daily and weekly challenges to take part in, TONS of unlockable levels (including many remixed levels from Origins), and a great multiplayer soccer game called Kung Foot. The game overall is a slick, fun, challenging platformer with a better flow and more variety than the original, and it retains the whimsical, silly sense of humor from that game as well. The 360/PS3/PC versions play excellently, but if I had a choice I'd get the Wii U version. The touch-based stages have been adapted to a button control scheme that usually works well on the 360 pad, but every now and then it requires strange deftness that would be easily solved with the Wii U gamepad. The Vita version, from everything I've heard, is also excellent but currently doesn't have the devilishly hard "Invasion" levels that I enjoy a lot. They will be patched in later according to the publisher, but the advantage of a portable version (as well as having the touch controls of the Wii U version) make that a desirable choice too. Any way you experience this game it's going to be a grand time.

Rayman is tiny now, but the game still has some charm
When I saw that Rayman was available for Xbox, I got it, with warm memories of playing the CD Rom game on my compaq presario as a teenager. Back then, the graphics of the lush rainforest were stunning. The tiny figure on the screen now was a bit of a shock. The graphics still have detail and depth, and I like the background music. All the kids like playing it (ages 4-13), and in the first few levels we've encountered only low level cartoon violence. It's a special thrill that Rayman doesn't drown when he ends up in the water - he can swim. However, maybe I'm just old, but I find it frustrating that everything is so tiny now that I feel you have to be sitting right in front of the screen to see what's going on. I think they could have retained some of the close up detail of the graphics from the original game while updating the capabilities.

An amazing that should be play at least one
I bought this game a wile back and I enjoy play it ever since, the play through may be a bit too easy for a platform gamer but it doest mean that it can get boring. The carters are colorful and the music is amazing and when I mean amazing, well lets just say that you have to experience it for yourself by far that has to be my second favorite part of the game and if you'r wondering what my favorite part is it has to be the for player opinion. where you can play with three other players in the game, the game can get really crazy and fun when play with your friends ( though there might be a few time where you want to throw them out the window but I guess that part of the fun). : D Legends is a huge improvement from rayman origins where more then one time the game would glitch or the change to a different seen seams lagging also the 4 player opinion is a little more crazy then Legends but I'am not saying it's a bad game it just I prefer rayman Legends. Even though you can still play rayman origins in Legends, you might want to try rayman origins if you want more of a challenge then what Legend gave you in there game then try out origins. though I still prefer rayman Legend

Better Than Origins
First off, my wife and I loved the first game (Rayman origins), but this game takes it to the next level. There are timed levels, new world level concepts, comical background music, and best of all…musical levels. We don't wish to ruin the fun, but just know that the musical levels are by far the most enjoyable aspects of the game where every button needed to be pressed on the controller directly links with the beat of the song in one fluid motion of the joystick. You can still play up to 4 players at one time, though admittedly it is often confusing. However, there is an aspect where you can have all the players battle in a game similar to soccer. It is really a lot of fun to play with the family once you get the teams evenly matched. In addition, the game also revives a few of the first game's levels with new items added in a world called, "Back to Origins." Overall, it is a great game for the entire family.

A game that harkens back to old-school sensibilities
Rayman Legends is easily one of the most visually stunning games I've played with incredible audio to boot. It is not just a visual feast for the eyes or honeyed music for the ears, it is game that excels as a classic 2D platformer, continually calling to mind classic platforming games of days past. The level designs are varied and contain a mixture of the beautiful and the bizarre. Playing this game, I keep thinking of old-school, SNES greats like Donkey Kong Country or Earthworm Jim. The game has gorgeous backgrounds and immersive environments like DKC and a strange, sometimes quirky and macabre sense of humor and level design like Earthworm Jim. The underwater levels are some of the funnest since the DKCs. The level designs, once again, are an inspired mix of the kind of oddities best seen in other 90s platformers. The grungy, out of this world flair of these levels feature a world made out of rotting food where one must bounce on the visible grey matter inside open skulls, or an underwater mansion complete with robotic sentries. The game, as a collect-a-thon, will also offer plenty to keep you occupied, such as rescuing each Teensy from a world while collecting enough Lumes to win bronze, silver and gold cups to increase your "awesomeness" score. Daily and weekly challenges from Ubisoft's servers will also pit you against players from around the world as you vie for the highest score or time in challenge levels. These are quite addicting and push you to try and outperform everyone else for more cups to increase you awesomeness score. The game however is not without a few flaws, the biggest of which being the unbalanced difficulty. In this you have infinite lives. No, not infinite continues, infinites lives. No matter how many times you die on a certain area you'll never have to leave the level unless you want to and are free to try again and again without penalty. Often times I would get to the end of a level having rescued all ten of the levels Teensies and collected the 600 Lumes for the maximum score only to feel a twinge of guilt knowing that I had died several times and still got high marks. But despite the game forgiving nature, some levels are downright maddening in their difficulty. Some speed run levels which require you to move as fast as you can to get to the end seem nigh impossible to get through in time (let alone once) to rescue all the Teensies at the end. I had to stop a few times before I got frustrated and chucked my controller...again...And there's several of these levels, far too many in my opinion. Overall, the game feels unbalanced in terms of challenge. You'll find it far too easy at times and far too difficult at the others with there seldom being a happy medium. The game also features tons of unlockable characters but seeing as how each one plays exactly the same with no unique abilities it's really more of an aesthetic choice than anything with not much strategy involved other than getting good at the game. Still, overall I enjoy this game more than I do New Super Mario Bros. Wii (which I realize this game borrows heavily from). It feels new and refreshing but at the same time sweetly nostalgic. I strongly recommend this game for fans of classic 2D platforming.

Good game came in great condition Thank You
I just got this game today the shipping was pretty quick but then again it came from Ohio that's just a hop and a skip from the state I live in but still its nice that I didnt have to wait for a week while they sent it to the whole country side. Anyway the disk I got was for a Xbox360 I know there was a lot of complaints that their game wasn't a Xbox360 game I bought mine from a different seller it came in good condition a little light scratches on the disk but its nothing to complain about it is a used game and so far it plays pretty dang good so no complaints here by no means. I appreciate the seller for giving me a good game and getting it to me on time So Thank You. And so far my husband and I are addicted to this game I pretty much have to fight him over it so I'll have a chance to play 😂 its a good buy worth every penny don't hesitate just buy the game you'll love it
