Can you use tap water?

You should *ABSOLUTELY NOT* unless you're willing to risk unpredictable results. There are minerals and other chemicals in tap water can react with this product and may give undesired results, e.g. green hair. If you use distilled water, as recommended, you take out the variables and will have more predictable results.

Can I use this product to remove dye then bleach within 48hrs?

I wouldn't. That's a whole lot of stripping color. Really damaging to the hair. I would use this instead of bleach to limit damage.

Will this product remove direct dyes like greens, blue or purples (in my case)?

Yes. It can remove anything! It removed all of the black from my hair. It's a great product.

If i have a ton of hair should i use 2 packs?

I think so, I used one packet on 1/2 my hair, I have a lot of hair too. 2 packets is a good idea!
