This speaker is one of the BEST Klipsch speakers I’ve heard from them. You can set it up right on a set of klipsch Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-8000F and use it for the Most AMAZING ATMOS SPEAKERS AND. CENTER CHANNEL the Highs are OUTSTANDING !!!

As for the seller, sound distributors, I am glad to have him get his profit from this sale. I was prepared to get this center speaker and anxious for having it in time for this weekend. He had only walnut color in stock so I messaged him about color and he responded in minutes. 2 day shipping was already close but because he responds quick it made it in time. He did not have black for few weeks so he upgraded me to newer model which will reflect review below but this seller is on point and to say very helpful would be selling him short. Thanks for great customer service and over satisfying customers. As for the product It's a 504c, basically exact same specs just a few years newer model. It has about 6 hours of play time so still loosening up but dialog in both movies and music is clear as day. I am a person that enjoys bass on the heavy side and while this is not a bass speaker or sub, the outer speakers get lower while inner speakers get mid and horn, famous klipsch horn gives words perfectly. A liitle deep end bass from front towers. Side towers and rear towers with a sub for now sounds excellent. This center speaker not only suggests serious listening by just the size of it but again klipsch famous spun speaker color is so pretty. We listen to everything from classical to rap music and it has brought a smile to my face by hearing the clarity not only in vocals but instruments. As for movies, there was not one time anyone asked what did they say, from loud to whispers, there was no sign of distortion at all. I had the 62ii which is a good center choice but seemed hollow at times. While it is still a good choice it couldnt even be compared to this for obvious reasons. So for what i paid and what we have heard so far everyone is smiling. This is not cheap but if you treat speakers right they last for years in the meantime we get entertainment that sounds simply outstanding. From the pic you can see into the shelf it sits on. If it is tough to see it's because this dark black speaker takes up the entire shelf it is on. Couldn't fit on top shelf under TV cuz tv is at highest point mounted and speaker will slightly cover about an inch of the screen, I had to rewire my receiver to bottom shelf since a center speaker should not be on the floor. Pointed straight at the audience is best and this sound it produces is so clear that even from the side seats, dialog sound like it comes straight as you. If you are searching in this price range and want serious sound get ready to hear. While any 100 w channel receiver will push these, it does ask for 150 minimum. I am only curious as to correct power sounding even better.

VERY happy with my new Klipsch RP-450C and Sound Distributors Inc. I reached out to Sound Distributors Inc. with a shipping inquiry and was promptly sent a response with the best news (after hours). The owner told me that he was going to make sure that my order shipped the very next day, and that he would send me the newer Klipsch-504C. My wife and I were so excited. We received the Klipsch RP-504C in perfect, brand new condition. After spending a few hours trying to break in the speaker with 5.1 audio CD’s and Eagles Blu-ray concert, it sounds AMAZING on movies. Tom Cruise’s voice in Oblivion 4K UHD sounds rich, loud and powerful. I was able to crank up the volume to IMAX movie levels and enjoy clear vocals, and effortless. This speaker does not leave me reaching or wanting for more clarity. The Klipsch Synergy SC-3 center channel speaker it replaced, had a noticeable coloring to the audio, and sounded like the speakers were in a slim line speaker box compared to the new Klipsch-504C. I had the smaller Klipsch SC-1 center channel before moving up to the 6.5” SC-3. The SC-3 was noticeably better, but still left me wanting more. I am FULLY satisfied with my new Klipsch-504C. The Klipsch-504C blends in perfectly with my Klipsch Synergy SP-1 towers. Before I added the Klipsch-504C, my entire surround sound system had the matching Klipsch Synergy line. The only addition is my SVS PB-2000 to the Klipsch Synergy KSW-12 subwoofer. Now my movies sound unreal. I love the magnetic grill cover. I had to spend $60 a couple of times to replace broken Klipsch screen covers so that is a huge plus. I know replacing the surrounds and towers to the Klipsch Reference Premiere line would sound better, but with the addition of my SVS sub, and Klipsch-504C replacement, I don’t feel like I am missing out on much of anything in my movies. I have been a fan of Klipsch speakers for long time. Back in the late 90's I came across a brand new pair of KLF20's tower speakers ridiculously cheap. I bought them not knowing that I would be getting in to the HT hobby heavily. I later bought a used RC3 from GoodGuys (remember them!) and found out that I should have bought the C7 that is usually paired with the KLF series towers. Oh well, I just kept on with my RC3 for a long time. It served me well but I always thought the towers were just engulfing the little center channel. I really wanted the RC64ii but even used that speaker is pretty pricey (sounds excellent btw!). I went on to purchase a Sony HW30AES Pj, SI 100" screen and HSU VTF15H Mk2 subwoofer and used Sony/Advent bookshelf speakers for surround duties. Powering this all is a Denon 4311ci and two Crown X1000s amps powering my L/C/R and it did work well, that is until my wife bought me this new center channel speaker for my Birthday! I quickly hooked up the RP450C without running Audyssey and noticed a difference in clarity, mid/bass and overall stage presences that kept up with my towers. After running Audyssey boy did this center channel really perform! I watched the movie Prometheus and noticed things in the film coming from the center channel that I really never noticed! For example, the part where Fifield comes back as a monster and starts killing people with his bare hands, there is a part where his fists smashes a space helmet/head. I heard clarity and detail that made me wince (scene is more brutal now) that I never heard before with the RC3! In closing, this speaker is a real performer and for the price I would say this is 100% a great buy for someone that has a large room, listening to things loudly (reference volume) and enjoys blu-ray movies with lossless multi channel audio or Atmos audio. Only 'negative' is that this speaker is large, especially the depth of speaker. I have to build a stand later just to showcase this beauty!

After months of research, speaker auditions and returns I have found the perfect center speaker for. I didn't want to spend a whole lot but the deal on the klipsch rp-450c I just had to give it a shot. I was blown away when upgraded to the rp-504c at not additional cost because it was previously out of my budget. HUGE thanks to Sound Distributors!! I broke out in a stupid grin (still smiling) the moment I hooked beautiful speaker. Even without breaking it in this thing amazes. I wish I would have found Sound Distributors sooner and went with this center first. Most eventually upgrade to the rp-504c (or rp-450c) eventually so make the dive. You will not be disappointed! I even prefer this over the RC-64iii (+$1000) and use it mostly for TV & movies. The clear, natural sound is unlike any others I've auditioned. It's not too high like some say and didn't cause ear fatigue after many hour binge sessions. Beware: after listening to the rp-504c it will be difficult not to purchase. This one upgrade now has me excited about this reference premiere line and motivated to upgrade my mains (through Sound Distributors unless & unlikely there's better deal or service with another seller ;). So much fun and excited to keep upgrading! THANK YOU Eric & SOUND DISTRIBUTORS!! After a year this center channel speaker sounds even better. I've been so impressed with it and Sound Distributors that I also purchased (2) Klipsch of the r-280f's (the previous version). Beforehand, I asked SOUND DISTRIBUTORS if they wouldn't be able to upgrade me to the newest version (RP-8000F) which they generously said they would upgrade me against for no extra cost. Needless to say I absolutely love my home theater system, I get so many compliments even when watching basic TV shows, and will only buy Klipsch speakers (especially the Reference Premiere series) now. Other than my PSA subwoofer, any speakers I never hesitant to purchase through Sound Distributors whether through Amazon or directly from them. No one comes close to their service, prices and I guarantee I paid much less than others yet my system still sounds so much better 🙂

I really hate to ding this product, because audio-wise, its outstanding. Its solidly built and it looks amazing sitting in your console with those golden woofers - clean, elegant, minimalist.. Klipsch just knocked it outta the park. My only gripe is the Red/Black audio connectors in the back. What a freaking nightmare. There's only ONE interface to this whole speaker that a user has to deal with and i swear, the Klipsch engineers were sitting around a table and said to each other, "Hmmm... how could we design this so that its near impossible for users to insert the speaker wires in there?" Like WTF man??!! Where do i begin: 1) Most speaker or receiver audio connectors now allow the use of banana-plug type connectors for ease of connection. But no, Klipsch has to fill in the center hole (for no good reason) so that is no longer an option. You need to feed the wire through the post old-school style 2) Add to that they recessed the freakin' posts, so that you have to go IN, before you go DOWN. That makes it infinitely more difficult to access, because the holes in the posts go vertical / up-down. So you gotta bend the wire into a 90-degree angle like an "L" before trying to feed it through. 3) Then add to that.. the area that you have to work with is so freakin small (about 2 square inches), that trying to feed in a wire thats bent 90-degrees in way harder than it needs to be. 4) Finally, the size of the hole might be able to fit a 16 or 14 awg, but there's no way a 12 AWG wire goes through. I like to be conservative with my wiring and give it plenty of thickness, but 12 AWG wire is almost impossible to get through the hole. Damn... I swear Klipsch engineers were asleep on this one when they had to do possible the easiest thing for these speakers. How hard is it to just take a minute to think through how user's are going to wire this thing up. Like WTF man... get your act together bro! UPDATE (3/17/17) - another reviewer pointed out to me that what seemed like solid core posts were just caps that covered up the holes, and could be popped off. Thanks J. Yun :-) Upgrading my review to 5 stars. A little annoyed it was made a little more obvious that could be done. There was no documentation whatsoever :(

I upgraded from a 404c which I gave to my aunt and uncle for their home theater and just wow oh wow the sound is very impressive… no more what did they say!!! It’s a beast in size and sound!! I had to Jerry rig a desk to hold it till I can find a good stand I like….. I ended up purchasing two of these bad boys one for living room and one for bedroom. Movies are theater quality again… I have a Pioneer Elite lx 305 driving it…. And great price as of now they only have 3 left so 300 bucks you can not beat the quality….. I have one small quarrel but it doesn’t effect performance… the cabinet on both speakers chipped rather easier thank any other I’ve had before but it was underneath so not a big deal just must be the material…. But like I said for the price it can’t be beat!!! Just make sure you have enough space for it

This speaker is outstanding. It presents a wide spatial sound stage that brings the center channel voice information to your seating position clearly even when there is lots of other sounds in the scene. Simply amazing home theatre experience and has improved my system dramatically. Worth every cent.

avevo già un klipsch 250c che però mi dava qualche problema in distorsione sugli alti, ho effettuato il reso, stufo di questo difetto (è la prima klipsch che non mi soddisfa) e ho deciso, avendo tutto l'home cinema composto da Klipsch reference premiere, di fare l'upgrade al 450c. soddisfattissimo, una vera BESTIA, ma grazie alle sue dimensioni, compre più spazio e meglio il canale centrale, tutto è più nitido e più preciso. attenti solo alle dimensioni, davvero enormi, in pratica è uno speaker da pavimento messo in orizzontale, e al peso 16KG, se usate mobili dell'ikea, state molto attenti ;)

Erstmal zum Verkäufer. Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet. Informationen seitens des Verkäufers fließen sehr gut und die Lieferung war bereits am ersten Tag des Lieferzeitraumes da. Dafür Daumen hoch. Das Produkt übertrifft in jeglicher Hinsicht meine Erwartungen. Die Verarbeitung ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Optik Geschmackssache. Mir gefällt sie sehr gut. Der Klang ist fantastisch. Die Stimmen werde sehr klar und absolut naturgemäß wiedergegeben. Genauso werden Effekte und Musik in super Qualität wiedergegeben. Der Center alleine schon reicht um Musik zu hören, da der Klang super klar ist und auch der Tiefgang bzw Bass für einen Center phänomenal ist. Der Center fehlte noch in meinem Arrangement und ich muss sagen er ist jetzt schon unverzichtbar geworden. Jedem der überlegt auch wegen der Größe sei geraten : kaufen. Es lohnt sich definitiv

ottimo centrale! è vero il suono klipsch deve piacere, ma per uno strettamente HT i dialoghi dei film sono delle chiari e brillanti....forse a volumi troppo alti dopo un lungo periodo può affaticare l'orecchio.
