Dacasso Walnut and Black Leather Desk Set, 10-Piece, 34" x 20"

This set looks great! Pictures simply do not do justice to this item. The desk pad has very low profile (as compared to other Decasso desk pads) and it feels great. I have 3 different Decasso sets at office and home. It's expensive but worth every penny! When item arrived from Amazon, my desk pad had a broken wood trim. I called Decasso and had a replacement sent to me next business day. Great service and great product!

Beautiful ordered a used like new great quality.

I was hesitant to spend the money for this set. However, now that it has arrived I have no regrets. The picture does not do it justice; it adds a rich and beautiful look to our office. After spending the money on nice office furniture, this set is the perfect finishing touch. And it is not just for looks, it is very functional - we are using each and every piece to keep organized.. It arrived much quicker than I expected with just standard shipping. I would highly recommend it.

How do I I screw the holders ? There’s no screw or holes on the file tray.

Desk set is BEAUTIFUL! Workmanship excellent. Colors are as portrayed in picture. FYI one pen comes with red ink, other pen comes with black ink. Each piece in the set comes individually wrapped in plastic in a nice burgundy box inside of the shipping box. Was hesitant about spending so much without seeing it first, BUT am thrilled with the looks and quality of the products!

Missing 4 items from the set. Of those that arrived, letter carrier was broken and manufacturing defect on the memo holder. I'm no expert but the wood does not appear to be oak. I now see that the set is of chinese origin, but an Italian name. Crafty.

Can the seller please reach out? The letter holder was delivered broken- can this be replaced ? Everything else was fine except this

Das Schreibtischset gefällt mir sehr gut. Leider habe ich das Teil für die Visitenkarten in einem falschen Farbton erhalten, statt Wallnuss-Schwarz in Rosewood. Besteht die Möglichkeit das Einzelteil zu tauschen. Ich wollte nicht die komplette Lieferung zurücksenden. Mit frdl. Grüßen
