I have not installed the bulbs yet. The lighting system had another problem.

We purchased these in November of 2022, they appears to be working and bright. Then the bulbs just stopped working this week, 3/13/2023. They are used in warehouse with 1 8 hour shift, 5 days a week. That totally to 700 some working hours, excluding the Christmas and other holidays. I just reached out to the company through their website, we’ll see how they handle this. 3/16/2023 update The company responded the same day, and give the options of reaching out to Amazon to replace under warranty or wait 5-6 weeks after the item is back in stock. I called Amazon and they said that the item is outside of the return period and is sold by Sunlite, they have limited options. I've emailed Sunlite, reverting the feedback from Amazon and ask them how to proceed with waiting for their stock to replenish. As of today 3/16/2023, it's still unresolved. 3/23/2023 update the customer service emailed me back on 3/20/2023 and apologized for the recent amazon experience and that they will place a back-order and it will ship as soon as they are available. They also asked for shipping address and a screen shot of the amazon order to be emailed in order to submit a new order. Received email update from customer service 3/23/2023 morning, they were able to have amazon ship the replacement bulb without waiting a few weeks. Received the amazon delivery shortly after the email. The bulbs have been replaced and the question now is how long will they last. The customer service has been effective. I will update the rating to 4 stars, pending the longevity of the replacement bulbs.

Very good

While the price point was great, I was sorry I bought these and quickly had to replace these with a brand name lamp. They turned on quickly and were very bright with good color, but they didn't stay on. Both of the lamps I bought cycled about 1 hour on, 1/2 hour off. I switched these lamps out into different ballasts and still the same issue. When I used Phillips lamps, no cycling occurred.

Works just like I wanted. It was easy to use and replace the old light bulbs. Nice and bright.

Received this product last month to use to help veg so plants. Received it as stated and was packaged well, wasn't broken and looked great. Finally picked up two 120v ballasts designed for 3-phase and 120. Both units worked and had 250 watt mh bulbs with them that works. Using one right now. But I took bulb outta box with glove on...used to do maintenance for XPO logistics and before we upgraded to led cones, I had to change many of these bulbs and fuses n preheat tubes, so I know how to change them. I placed the new bulb in flipped switch, seen a spark and 30-45 minutes later arc never struck. I uninstalled bulb and noticed the arc chamber was blackened out. Now I'm writing this review. First pic is plant I needed light for which is also showing, just n upper part of screen, part of mogul base 120v ballast with 250 watt metal halide bulb. Second picture is your bulb after I tried it. If u look close u can see the brown/black residue. My 250 watt bulb has a little black on it but works, but the one I bought from you all does not. I give 3 stars because packaging was great, wasn't broken visually, and I did receive my product in a decent time manner, but bulb malfunctioned upon first time use and bulb is rendered useless.

A lower priced bulb that is the same intensity as the high priced bulbs .Received in 2 days from time of order.Bulb lit the first time . Full brightness in 4 to 5 mins . A happy customer !
