Yes, you can freeze them without them spoiling. Make sure you put them in an airtight bag (Ziplock). When you take them out of the freezer, let them set for a couple hours. If you open them, it will cause condensation and will cause the chocolate to get light colored spots on it.

I would say about the size of a cake ball...maybe a little smaller. For me I can get three bites out of one piece. Now, some may only get two bites.....only depends how big of bite you want. I think it would make a nice wedding favor. They are beautifully wrapped and hard not to eat more than one....delicious. You and everyone at the wedding won't be disappointed.
