Ankle-Wrist Irons 2.5 pound each Ankle or Wrist Weights Ankle-Wrist Irons consist of a single thin layer of IRONWEAR ’s patented Flex-metal which wraps around the wrist or ankle. This unique weight conforms to your body to maintain uniform fit with no pressure points. Ankle-Wrist Irons have a large over sized neoprene strap which adjusts the weight to the desired tension on any size ankle or medium to large size wrist. Best I've ever owned and worth the price.
I was susceptible paying a price for leg weights higher than any in the past, but these are great! Most comfortable weights I've owned and hopefully they'll have great durability too. They materials are of good quality, so time will tell. Velcro is super strong.My previous weights used the ground up metal shot/sand and everyone of them eventually leaked. You initially don't know they are leaking metal sand everywhere but you see it all over your floor and in your shoes and it's a mess to clean up. These weights are a soft SOLID material that won't do this.Just wish they were cheaper as I now want to by wrist weights.

OMG! FINALLY!
Yep, I am shouting. I have been looking for a freakin' LONG time to find some ankle weights that would fit under my work slacks. Every other type I've tried, (and I've tried a LOT), have little corners that stuck out and kept my pants from covering them. These are comfy as can be and extra easy for the old on and off. I really wish they were less expensive, but I don't care because they feel great and stay hidden. I actually ended up buying a 2nd pair, just because every time I find something that I love, they find a reason to stop making it.

Fantastic set of weights!
Some weights say they fit both your wrist & ankle but they usually fit one better than the other. Though not this weight!It feels like a large rectangular block of dense foam so it isn't hard like wearing metal weights but still had the weight you look for plus after you put it on it starts to turn into the shape it's wrapped around. So that it better conforms to wherever you place it!Honestly one of the best weights I've ever bought and even the velcro is heavy duty! Once you stick it on it'll stay in place!

I love these ankle weights
I love these ankle weights! I have bought and returned a lot of pairs lately because I just couldn't get the strap to close tight enough. These are awesome! Great quality and a nice wide Velcro strap that you can tighten as much as you want! Once they are on they stay on! Well worth the price! I am so glad I found these!

Very comfortable to wear for long periods and they don't leave your skin or socks black by the filler leaking out. The weight materiel inside is soft and flexible enough to shape to your ankle but it doesn't move enough to cause thick and thin spots. Best weights I've ever tried.
