Well ... All my family use these now ...they are Fantastic at helping strengthen your ankles ...at first they feel like torture but if you persevere and start with 30 seconds you soon build up to be able to go much longer ...I stand and do the ironing while using mine ... I have good ankles but this is really going to keep my feet and ankles strong well into my old age ....

What they are what they are I mainly bought them for exercises to do for the dog as she’s got a bad hip so they’re definitely Rottweiler proof. Good also for sitting and just massaging your foot if you’ve got a strained foot
