Your stomach lining is built from glutamine. You can get it by eating a lot of beef or red cabbage but this is easier. It tastes mostly like nothing at all, mixes easily in liquid. Take one scoop in a glass of juice or whatever you want daily, and after a week or two see how you feel. If your problem is diminished stomach lining and your body is just missing the building blocks to repair the damage, this will give your body what it needs. Glutamine is common as dirt so buy in bulk and don't overpay. No point in pills because powder is cheap and mixes easily and tastes like nothing.

I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. Amazing product that completely helps with my gut healing! Helped clear my brain fog and bloating and inflammation.
