Works great

This is great quality product, better than what you can get from Home Depot and it is stainless and thick. Very easy to snatch them crusty burgers off the hot griddle. Set of two makes sense so you can two-hand them bad boys. You can also use them to scrape clean any tough surface. The mirror polish on these guys makes it easier to clean them.

I like these more than I expected. Many handles on other spatulas don’t extend throughout the whole handle so it eventually snaps, this one extends through the entire handle. A bit weak because the spatula already has very fine nicks on the edge, but still works fairly well. East to clean, and works for flipping on a griddle. Nice grip and weight.

Surprised by the quality and sturdiness.

They work great as spatulas and cleaners for a flat griddle. The best solution that I have yet found.

I bought these thinking that the blade was straight across because that is what the picture looked like to me but when I got them the blades were angled. They work well but you have to be careful because of the angle you can gouge into the cooktop surface leaving scratches which will cause food to stick to your griddle and you will have to reseason those areas.

These guys are just what I was after for making okonomiyaki (osaka & hiroshima style) on my cast iron griddle. I've made them with diameter of up to about 7 inches without a problem. Beware though, the blade ends are very sharp.

Quality is perfect, the only reason i put 4 stars it's because the delivery date is off, it starts stock at the costums
