Will this work for the Motorola Surfboard modem?

Most all Motorola modems are rated 12V 750mA, so this, assuming the connector size and polarity match should be fine even if it's a rare one @ 1A. Amazon does list several power adapters for Motorola modems, so do a search for one specific and, perhaps cheaper.

Has anyone used this for a gardepro a3 trail camera?

Type : Regulated switching power supply with 2.1mm x 5.5mm plug , center positive Pls kindly check if the connector fit or not before purchase.

Has anyone successfully used this as a replacement for the 12v/1.5a motorola/arris surfboard sbg6580 modem/router?

If the spec. are the same as for your needs, and the connection fits it should work. if not send it back.
