Helps pain levels but take it for prostate supposed to keep psa levels stable. Easy on stomach.

As with any supplement, you will not see results within a week. After taking this for 6 months, the pain in my shoulders and elbows started to subside greatly. After taking it for a year, the pain was gone. Absolutely not advocating waiting for a supplement to resolve health issues if you are experiencing chronic pain; be smart and see your doctor. But my arthritis and inflammation absolutely responded to and decreased with this supplement (by a large amount). I've been taking this for 3 years and will never turn back.

These capsules are a huge improvement over what I had been using. The arthritis in my hips had been unbearable just before a rainy day. Not any longer. There is still some pain, but I’ve not used these for a month yet, so I hope the longer I use them, the better I will feel. Thank you!

Beware! Label on bottle and sticker on box do not correspond. The front of the lable on bottle indicates 95% Standarized Curcuminoids. Supplement Facts on that lable indicates 450mg Turmeric Root. Sticker on box indicates 50mg Turmeric Root. I wanted to purchase 95% standarized curcuminoids, 450mg. What did I get? I can't get a response from the company regarding my concern.

I’m glad finding this company with kosher products. Hard to find. My first purchase. My concern is hoping that it’s good quality. Just not sure if products are organic? 3rd or 2nd party independent testing? Fillers etc? I was looking for CURCUMIN -standardized 90% curcuminoids, which is the most potent, effective, small part of turmeric that’s the most medicinal), but it’s labeled as “Turmeric”. So is it just turmeric or mostly turmeric with little curcumin? I would even prefer Nano curcumin which is microscopic and about 30/40% more absorbable, water soluble and more effective but can’t find it kosher. Are all or any of this brand “Pure Mountain Botanicals” organic? I’d like to recommend curcumin to many people that need this effective amazing natural heal, prevent so many things but need these questions answered first.

Pure Turmeric, open the bottle and you immediately smells the turmeric. I'm from the Caribbean so I know the real deal, was an airborne soldier in the Army. I have been experiencing some bad knee pain and within two weeks of taking this product and feel tremendous relief.
