Why can't you ship it to my PO Box address in Virginia? There have been bad feedbacks about the edge and point quality on these--can you check pre-sh?

Most likely, they ship it by UPS or FedEx, neither of which will take packages to leave at a Post Office Box. As far as the blade, it is made of 1055 high carbon steel, which is able to withstand battle conditions against other swords, which I hope you never do, for you would probably lose. These are deadly sharp weapons, not toys for the boys.

Can I mount a tactical laser/light combo on this?

You can use a aftermarket mount to attach the laser/tactical light. I personally think the tactical light mounted along with a drone shooting lasers would be a winner

Is this a full tnag design, or is the handle bolted on to the blade?
