Can I use it for a 850 watt power supply

Yes, the PXT101UK supports up to 2500 watts. Matt, StarTech.com Support

Will it work on evga 1600w p2 power supply?

yes it should be, 13amp means 13ax240v=3120 and take 80% of that so it should handle 2500w..

Does this work with rog strix 850w gold psu (replacing u.s version cable)?

The PXT101UK is a C13 to BS-1363 power cord rated to carry 250V at 10A. As long as the connecting device follows this power specification, the PXT101UK will work. Atha, StarTech.com Support
