Permanent removal of white hair?

I’m a double board certified electrologist. Electrolysis is the only 100% permanent method of hair removal recognized by the FDA and it works on every hair and skin color, but this at home machine run on a battery is not even remotely close to the ultra-precise, state-of-the-art equipment we use in our salons. It takes a skilled practitioner to properly insert an electrolysis probe into the hair follicle and select the right modality to kill off the stem cells that cause unwanted hair to grow. Don’t risk scarring yourself with this sub-par, at-home, gimmicky device that requires 15 seconds in the follicle at a time (ouch)! See a professionally trained electrologist who will zap away your hairs much more comfortably in mere hundredths or thousandths of a second!

how can you tell the device works normally? mine doesn't produce any sound at all. it has no indicator to show it's ON. not sure whether if it's ok

I had the same issue. Double check the battery, touch the needle to the metal plate on the device, and make sure your fingers are wet and touching the metal plate on the probe.

Question about packing? The product came in a sealed plastic bag, however, the stylet tips were NOT individually sealed packaged. Is this normal?

It's but if are not sure about safety, emerge in alcohol after washing.
