I loved using this workbook with my daughter over the summer! It was the perfect way to keep her skills sharp and make sure she was ready for the new school year. Compared to other workbooks we’ve tried, this one was our favorite — the activities were engaging, age-appropriate, and covered a great mix of subjects including math, reading, science, and even fitness. The flash cards were a fun bonus, and my daughter actually looked forward to doing a few pages each day. We’ll definitely be using the next level when summer rolls around again!

I think that this book helped my soon-to-be 1st grader better prepared for the start of school. I also bought her the "Summer Brain Quest" (more social sciences and critical thinking focused). Of the two, she definitely preferred the other book, though I think this book might have done a better job of preparing her for 1st grade. The other one did a better job of making her a well-rounded person, since it is a bit more non-traditional, outside of the box, and just overall more fun (great stickers and a map to plan your learning activities and track progress). This one has little star stickers to mark completed lessons, but that's really about it. I also bought the 3rd-4th grade books in both series. They were pretty much identical, just at a different grade level. So, what will I purchase next summer? Probably both sets again. They each fill different niches. They both seem to have helped the kids in their classes this year. But if I had to choose one or the other, it would depend on my goal. If I wanted the kids to do better on standardized tests, then these Summer Bridge Activities series would be better. If I wanted them to be original thinkers who are better able to handle real-world learning, then I would go with the Summer Brain Quest books. So, I personally would buy the other book if I was only going to buy one of the series. But, that does not diminish the value of these books, and I will probably buy both again.

The best is very helpful but the book I received goes from D to F. It doesn't have the letter E in it. Overall my son like it.

This book is wonderful, so many different problems for my son to work on and keep his mind sharp for the summer. He enjoys the work and finds it pretty easy once he understands it. Will definitely be buying more in the series of books.

This book is an excellent tool for parents to use with kids during the summer. It doesn’t take a lot of effort or time to complete the pages but adds so much value. Love these books for my kids!

Já comprei outros da coleção e gosto bastante, nesse caso a criança precisa de auxílio para fazer.

Lo cogí como libro de actividades para hacer con mi hija en inglés. Llevamos 3 años y aún no lo hemos terminado. Ejercicios q van subiendo de nivel y van cambiando de tema. Recomiendo 100%

Dieses Workbook ist abwechslungsreicher, als man das von anderen Büchern dieser Art gewöhnt ist. Das Buch enthält nicht nur Worksheets, es sind auch Experimente erklärt, die man leicht mit den Kindern zusammen machen kann. Außerdem sind immer wieder zwischendurch kleine Sportübungen eingebaut, die meine beiden Söhne sehr lustig finden. Immer nach zwei Seiten wird das Kind mit einem Sticker belohnt. Wir sind begeistert!

We love this series, the flash cards and stickers work very well, I like that it's very goal oriented and this way very motivational for kids. My son enjoys doing his 'school preparations' though we don't do them on a daily basis. He has fun and learns something. We will use them every summer now. Can highly recommend!!
