Great Product
This lemon balm had a relaxing and calming effect when I used it. I would add it to my tea and drink it and I was relaxed the whole day. Great product. I would recommend it.

Noticeable HRV improvement
I have been taking this consistently for almost two weeks and I have actually seen an increase in my heart rate variability. The calming effect is mild but noticeable, especially at night.I take 1 to 1.5 droppers in a glass of water and drink it all at once. At first I added 2 droppers to a water bottle and sipped it throughout the day, but that gave me headaches. Taking it all at once works much better, because if I do get a headache it is not lasting all day. Lowering the dose from 2 droppers to 1 or 1.5 droppers also helped. Sometimes I do not get a headache at all.Overall this has been worth it for me and I will continue to purchase

Out of all the anxiety/stress remedies i've ever tried, this by far has been the most effective. I definitely have seen a difference in how I manage my anxiety and my overall mood. I gave it 4 stars because the taste is a bit weird but I drink it with water and that helps.

If only I would have known about this decades ago. I have anxiety, racing heartbeat, never ending racing thoughts, etc. I actually bought this because it's a recommended antiviral for Epstein Barr which I was ordering a few things for, and I liked that it said it calmed the nervous system. Sounded too good to be true but I ordered, of course. It arrived last night and since then I haven't really been worried about much, in a good way lol. I used a full dropper in a 2 oz glass of OJ. After about 20-30 minutes, I felt my body change and relax. My heart slowed down and my mind was just blank. It gets better- when I went to bed, I woke up and something seemed different- I realized that I had gotten many, many hours of deep sleep. I felt like I was waking up from a black hole or something. I have not felt that feeling since I was a child.Order this to help your nervous system and it's antiviral!!!! It's very good for you, all good in my book!

Light pleasant taste
I use a whole dropper in my green tea in the evening and can barely taste it. I take L-theanine at the same time and it really helps me stay calm while playing my stressful video game.

Seems to work
My daughter has taken this for anxiety and it seems to work to have a calming effect. We filled small glass containers with juice in the fridge so she could just add the drops when she was ready to take it.
