No instruction in the manul or in the bottle instructing "how to use it". very bad. how to use it?

Just like regular shampoo. Mix it with little water then apply on scalp & keep it for 5-10 mins then rinse with water

After oiling hair shall we use this shampoo

Purpose of this is to control dandruff ....so it's not necessary that you should oil your hair prior to use

I have dandruff on eyebrow, is it safe to use on eyebrow ?

In my opinion, use safely with close eyes and wash after few minutes. Better consult a doctor!
