If my refrigerator holds 75 grams of refrigerant, will this scale be able to acurately put in that amount?

Well.. technically the scale won't be able to put the refrigerant into the refrigerator. It will be able to accurately measure the amount of refrigerant going into the refrigerator, even if it is only 75 g of refrigerant. The range of the scale is 0.000 kg to 55.000 kg and the resolution is 2 grams.

Does it have a "Tare" on it as well?

Turn on the instrument, put the cylinder on the scale and press the zero button. Now, it reads the amount of weight lost as you put in the refrigerant. You do not enter any specific setting.If you wanted a tare weight, turn on the unit, zero it and then place the cylinder on the scale. You now have a tare weight. Not good for anything, but you have it.
