Lovely radiant heat
This heater is amazing. It comes on instantly when you press the button on the remote and will heat up to the desired temperature then the thermostat will turn it off again. I have a pretty small treatment room (approx 3m x 3m x3m) so the 700kw is perfect and the radiant heat can be felt across the room (though 2m is best for my couch). We'll see how it does in the colder weather but I think it should save me money as the surfaces in the room do retain the radiant heat despite it being an old building. The remote control allows flexibility in programming the times it comes on. It also has a Smart function where it can turn itself on 3 hours before the programmed time and calculate what time it needs to turn on before the timer to get to temperature. I haven't used this feature yet but the thermostat is very responsive and accurate and my clients like being able to choose the room temperature that suits their preference at the touch of a button. Update: I am still really pleased with this heater but as the weather turns colder I think that I would possibly have installed it lower by a few inches as the heat radiates at a 30 degree angle so clients do feel warm but are not feeling the direct radiant heat. I have moved the couch closer and raised it slightly to solve this issue just for the colder months. I haven't used the smart function as I haven't worked out the controls but the timer is excellent! January 2023: I continue to find this heater excellent however there are some caveats. The panel heaters take a very long time to get up to temperature (2 - 3 hours) compared to my large FAR infrared bar heaters. The current heater is not sufficient heat by itself in my cold room with an external wall and poor insulation - possibly a 900 watt may have been but I have one of those upstairs and you still have to be quite close to it to feel the direct heat. It has however still saved me money as previously I had to use 2 fan heaters at a total of 2700 Watts in the cold weather whereas now I warm the very cold room with the infrared panel plus a 40 minute blast of my fan heaters then I can turn one fan heater off and switch the other to lower heat of 700 watts to supplement the panel. The thermostat control is also excellent unlike my fan heaters as it shows the exact temperature. I will probably purchase a small infrared bar heater for more instant heat so that I can get rid of the fan heaters. I think that the Byecold heater is great for consistent ambient temperature plus it was essential that I had a timer function but for my drafty massage room one heater has not been sufficient in the current freezing temperatures. I do not regret my purchase however and still think it's great. October 2023: I have found a better solution to my problem of the heater being mounted too high to feel the heat sufficiently. I purchased an additional infrared panel heater and two 32- 82 inch TV tilt wall brackets by Perlegear which has enabled me to tilt the heaters downwards by 15 degrees. If the room was larger or the ceiling lower then a ceiling mount or freestanding TV mounting system might work well but I am very happy with my choice. It takes a bit of adjustment to fit the brackets to the heaters, and to size the mount to the wall, but worth it. I am very happy with the result.

From Fridge-like to Comfortable: Infrared Radiator in a Single-Glazed Room
It looks like a big whiteboard on my wall, which is not ideal but it actually does blend in okay. It was very easy to install and the remote works as it should. I find it takes the chill off the room but doesn't manage to ever get up to 19 degrees. I only have single glazing and a heavy curtain, so obviously that doesn't help. So if the room starts at 10 degrees, it does manage to get up to about 14/15 degrees. Which I'm find with, because I don't want the room to be hot, I just want it not to feel like a refrigerator when I walk in.

Exceeded my expectations
I had purchased one heater (from a different seller) for my son's room and it was a little disappointing so I was really hesitant when ordering these as our living room/dining room and kitchen are open plan and I was worried it wouldn't heat the room efficiently. I WAS SO WRONG! These are amazing, we got two 700w and its a really even heat, it heated the room up within about 30 minutes which was amazing. It was a comfortable even heat. We ordered 3 days before Christmas and I wasnt expecting them to arrive in Cyprus in time but they did - Everyone in the family commented on how amazing they were at Christmas. Our buildings are not very well insulated in Cyprus (essentially concrete walls) and tile floors so we always struggled with the heating in the winter. I am really impressed, the units have a built in thermostat and remote controls that we can program which is fab.

Not sure of heat output
Love having a remote rather than WiFi app. Not sure of heat output, use in my iffuce at home room in house, and even though sat 4ft away, I'm still cold. Nearer I.e 2ft can feel the heat, don't really think the idea was to sit 2ft away from it.

So far so good - works well and cheap to run
Had this a couple of months now and used it reasonably regularly. I got the 60x80 size one for a smallish office which I built in part of my garage. It puts out enough heat to warm the room quite well - from completely cold it takes an hour or so to really get the room warm, but it does work and only uses at most 400W - we have solar so if the sun is out, it's basically free. The remote on this is great - lots of features and info shown, the thermometer seems fairly accurate, and makes it easy to use (I did look at some other makes that had wifi build in but couldn't really see much point in paying for the gimmick). Fitting it to the wall was a bit fiddly - the paper template is a great inclusion, but actually getting it to hook onto all 4 screws simultaneously took about 20 minutes of attempts! Pleased with it so far.

Brilliant!
Panel arrived yesterday. It's quality of construction is far superior to another brand I recently tried. Very simple to set up and fit. I chose to install it on the ceiling with small suspension wires. I'm monitoring its power usage/time to bring the room to temperature. If this performs as well as it has done yesterday I will be filling my house with them in preference to an ASHP. I will track power usage and update this as I go. UPDATE 15/01/23. I'm getting on great with these units so I've bought another 2! The set up is a doddle and I really prefer the room stat versus some brands with built in temp sensors on the panel. I think they give false readings and flip on and off before really getting the room to temperature. These panels work on the basis of the temp on the remote sensor so if you put it on the wall a good bit away from the panel it works much better... The first panel has been running in a bedroom for 10 days and has used £5.25 to keep the bedroom at a minimum of 18 degrees 24 hours per day. In real terms it is running at 11% of its capacity. I'll track the other rooms but it looks like I will be filling my whole house with IR panels!
