This lotion is excellent. It works well, and soaks right in and does not feel greasy at all. It’s a good sized jar, and should last awhile. It has zero irritation, it feels like more natural ingredients without the burning sensation that some lotions have. Always a good go to.

So, when I first opened the jar, I was afraid to touch the stuff. No. Really. It looks a little scary, to be honest. But I have super dry skin, and it was winter, so my skin was in need for some serious hydration. BTW, this product is the successor to a similar product that Aveeno had out a few years back. That product was super effective, but at one level, so is Crisco. I probably could have packed my wheel bearings with that stuff. At any rate, it was discontinued (no surprise there), and this product took its place. Here's the short answer: If you have dry skin, then get this product. I first used it after a morning shower. I dabbed a small amount, rubbed it together and applied a thin film to my arms and shoulders. I was amazed at how quickly it was gone. It's much, much lighter than its predecessor. I love how it hydrates my skin and makes it feel noticeably softer. I am now totally hooked. When I get busy or just forget to use it after my morning shower (hey, it happens) I feel kind of like a piece of tree bark for the rest of the day. Seriously! Great product. Highly recommended.

Bought it as recommended by my Dr for extra dry skin. It does the job and it is unscented which I love as it does not clash with my perfume. I would highly recommend it. The itching stopped after using this cream for two days

The best purchase I ever made on Amazon, and that's saying a lot. This really works! I did my homework, and the description and reviews encouraged me to buy the Aveeno Skin Relief Intense Moisture Repair Body Cream. My skin has been very dry, itchy and scaly this winter. Never having experienced this before, I was at a loss as to how to remedy it - short of seeing a dermatologist. The itching was the worst part. I tried it two days ago for the first time, and I already feel a huge difference in my skin! My skin felt smooth when it was applied, the skin immediately looked greatly improved and the itching was gone! There is no real, noticeable scent, but everything has some sort of a scent or other. Not sticky and only a slightly greasy feeling when being applied but that does not last. I currently use 2 other Aveeno products - a face moisturizer at night and a separate moisturizer with spf 30 for moisturizing my face in the morning. I already know how well Aveeno products work for me, having been using them for years. That, and my research about the product, truly made this a 'what have I got to lose?' purchase. I don't like telling people to buy a product, but this worked SO well for me, I am comfortable in recommending giving it a try.

I have sensitive skin (acne, skin allergies, rashes, dry, etc.) and the consistency of this was perfect for winter. I used it on my face and it kept my skin moisturized overnight without feeling too heavy and without causing breakouts or reactions. I loved that it had no added fragrance or dyes, loved the oatmeal ingredient, and the overall ingredients looked acceptable to me. Upon opening the tub, it has barely any scent which is great, maybe a bare hint of maybe oatmeal or chemical/ingredients. Having tried many unscented products, I realize getting a real unscented product is very tricky. Normally not masking the product with scent, the actual smell of the ingredients/chemicals come through too strong. However, I hate flowery, strong perfumey scents period --- why aren't there more fruit or green tea or cucumber scents? --- and even if I like the scent I can't stand having a strong scent on my face when I am trying to sleep. Problem? After a few minutes, the smell lingering on my skin kind of smells like . . . dried spit or something? Very unpleasant. It kind of killed me to toss it because I liked it so much but the smell just bothered me too much and after half a tub I couldn't take it anymore. By comparison, aveeno Eczema Therapy has a very strong oatmeal scent and leaves my skin smelling like quaker oats but I find that one more acceptable and pleasant than the spit smell. Unfortunately, that one is much heavier than this one and I do not want to put it on my face because I feel it would cause acne breakouts over the long run.

It's the only OTC body cream that helps eczema on my hands. I apply it at bedtime and occasionally during the day, but it is not necessary to keep my hands covered with the cream. Yes, it is greasy and a bit sticky, but only for a brief time. I wipe off my finger tips for better grip and that helps. For me, I find it works better than the Vanicream that my dermatologist recommended.

I use this on my feet, but had purchased it for a rash (resolved now); was helpful. I also use it on my hands when I go to bed. Nice, thick, well-absorbed, gently. Good stuff.d

My son had really bad eczema in his chest, arms and back of knees. We tried it all aquaphor right out of the shower, cetaphil multiple times a day, moisturizer and aquaphor on top, all other aveenos for eczema, Lubriderm, natural remedies, no fragrance, no softener and nothing worked. He was prescribed an ointment from his doctor that helped some BUUUT this lotion cleared up 95% of it. We stopped using it the ointment and continue using this moisturizer. If he goes too long without using this it returns but this takes away and keeps it away. Highly highly suggest you try this.

My go to moisturiser. I have been using this for years now, works very well for sensitive skin. Well packed and prompt delivery.
