I started taking this a few days after my last period. I started my cycle for this month a few days ago out of the blue. It felt weird because normally I suffer from heavy PMS irritability and mood swings. I didn't experience anything this time and was a few days early. The main benefit for me being peri-menopausal was how much lighter my cycle was and how my cramping was almost non-existent. Normally on my 2nd and 3rd days I stay in bed from the pain and flow, I use postpartum maxi pads FFS. It was like a normal person's period. I wasn't in bed or even had much pain. I am super excited about this supplement. I have a 2 month old son that I am exclusively breastfeeding. I firmly believe that this supplement is responsible for that and I will continue to buy and use this as long as I am breastfeeding.

This specific shatavari has been amazing for my hormones . Other brands you take 4 a day ,this one only 2! And it delivers same results . The only thing I don’t like is that near that time of the month my breasts get super tender; which I get since shatavari also helps with milk production for moms. That’s small compared to how much it’s improved my skin and mood swings ! Will be repurchasing again and again .

I was recommended these pills by a coworker of mine who said it helped control her cramps and moods. I felt it really helped balance my pms, which often gives me severe mood swings. I also noticed it helped decrease my flow from what it used to be, and made the first day of my period far more bearable than what it used to be.

I got these for my girlfriend to help with PMS cramps. It took about 4 days for them to show effectiveness. But my partner noticed that her head felt a little more clear and there was a slight reduction in gastric cramping. No major pain reduction like you would get with ibuprofen but with no side effects, its definitely a worthwhile investment, especially considering how affordable these are.

I recently started taking these and when I was making up my weekly pill sets I noticed a dark line on the side of one pill. I opened it up and there was what looks like a black hair inside the pill!!! Yikes!!! Not sure I’ll chance buying these again. That’s terrible quality control.
