This laptop cover is an excellent product. It fit my 2018 MacBook Pro perfectly and was very easy to install onto the laptop. The top has a soft feel and the bottom is hard black plastic. All ports - headphone and USB - are open and accessible. (Note: it appears that you cannot attach a dongle without modifying the bottom cover.) I keep my laptop on a cooling pad so I can't comment on the usefulness of the "cooling" slots on the bottom, but I've had no heat issues at all. I'm very pleased with this cover; it looks good, has a good feel, was easy to install, and feels durable, all for a good price.

Very nice fit on 13" 2014 MacBook Pro. I appreciate the nice wood tone cover with the Apple logo just barely showing behind the "grille" in the center of the top.Pros: + very good fit + nice wood tone with actual raised "grain", many people think this is wood!Cons: - with the lower black plastic on, the MacBook Pro heats up more even with a laptop stand with fan - lower black plastic part of snap on cover does not fit well with either type of MacBook lock I have tried. With a little bit of shaving down plastic the PNY ThinkSafe lock will work. Take care NOT to shave down the parts that clip on the underside of the MacBook! - the top and bottom cover have two or three small plastic fingers which may not last long if either piece is taken on and off a repeatedlyFor the money a great way to protect your MacBook Pro from scratches. The top cover alone is worth it; the bottom may not work out as well for you.

Shipping-package was in great condition, seemed like it has no damage to the item. However, the item was very USED and WORN. There CLEAR scratches on the FRONT and BACK of the items, skin particles fly up you face when unpack each individual sealing, and LOTS of DIRTY marks on the back, around the four corners that couldn't cleaned off

I bought this to protect my Macbook and so I could tell the difference between mine and the other 4 Macbooks we have at the office. I've had it for a little over a month and the bottom is already cracked and the top will not stay on. I don't do anything crazy with my laptop - just bring it home with me from work so there isn't any reason for it to break already. Save your $20 and just get a decal.

The case is beautiful! It held up great for 3 months.. until I noticed two cracks on it. Thankfully it is not falling off therefore still protecting my computer from scratches. I do not use this case as my only protection, I also place my laptop in a sleeve case from bestbuy. So if you plan on only having this as your only protection I would not recommend it.

The materials fell good, the fit is perfect and the design and color is true to the product images. However, the design is not clear coated and is raised/feels rough to the touch. The image feels as if it will chip easily and will not last very long.

Best case ever, I get so many compliments on this case! The cut out for the apple logo is hands down the best part. I will say that getting the case on was very difficult and I am not entirely sure why the bottom piece doesn't fit the entire thickness of the laptop towards the folding portion of the screen, however, it has not proved to be a nuisance at all.
