User
Large capacity.
This is working super well for us and we use it at concessions for games and other school events. We only use it for water so I don't know how it brews but the temperature control is accurate and it holds heat super well.

4 stars๏ผ
Overall, this hot water dispenser works well and I really like the adjustable temperature feature. Being able to set the water temperature depending on what I need is very convenient, especially when different drinks require different temperatures. The 100-cup capacity is also great for larger gatherings or busy days, and the stainless steel design looks durable and professional. My main concern is the durability of some of the internal parts. After using it for a while, one of the components started to fail, and the dispenser eventually began leaking water. It was disappointing because the unit worked very well when everything was functioning properly.I would still give it 4 stars because the temperature adjustment, large capacity, and overall convenience are excellent. However, I hope the manufacturer can improve the quality and durability of the internal components to prevent leaking issues in the future.

This never worked
We purchased this hot water kettle, tried it out one time, then stored it in a closet. The second time we took it out, this past month, it would not heat at all. Very disappointed in this product!

not 100 cups
I have measured and filled 3x now and it has to be dangerously full to even hold 5 gallons (80 cups) but it has a gauge that says 100cups about 3/4 the way up. it has about 60 cups at that level (near half) huge difference. other than not making the amount I needed it does seem to work well

Worst product
If you only want to use it for one year, this product is for you.It will break down in about a year and then you can throw it away.
