2017 F150 3.5 ECOBOOST AIR SCOOP
Larger than the factory scoop, more volume through the larger 90° bend of the AFE. At the mouth...3/4" taller, 1" wider. More air? Probably as the 90° bend is notably less restrictive, I figure it's as good a bet as the resonator delete, (which I haven't done, and don't plan on), and probably better. Fit like a glove, 15 minute install. 2 plastic pop rivets, one bolt. No going under the truck...all done above. FYI, I run 93 octane. UPDATE 9/18/23 Mixed driving 65 and under seems to be about .4/.5 mpg better. Haven't had the opportunity to get a 75mph Interstate number yet. Wii add that when I do.

This was a great addition to the factory intake. I added this as well as a drop in dry/performance filter. I actually noticed a difference on passing power.

Great product . Opens it up to throw a lot more air to it. Perfect addition for the cold air intake that sits in box. And everything else they throw in with it is absolutely awesome. Best bang for your buck.

excellent product , use after market BMC or AFE replacement air filter and you have the performance of cold air intake, with a fraction of the price.

Less than 10 minute install
So, it’s a super easy install; less than 10 minutes. The fitting is also absolutely perfect. I don’t like the look of the rubber seal that it comes with but it is snug on there and will not come off. This intake is certainly larger than stock but time will tell if it actually makes any difference at all, or not! If I see a marked improvement in performance or MPG I will post another comment later. UPDATE… I think it probably adds about 0.7 MPG 😂 but every little helps right!
