It had a lot of great alternative tools. It does not go into a deep dive so if you already have an idea of what these methods are and what they can do for you - maybe you should find another in depth book. I gave this 4 stars because I think there are MORE practices out there that SHOULD be in this book. For example: Thermography as one example. It's a prevention tool that should be talked about more and added into this book. Iridology is a lot less talked about and I will say that reading about that definitely peaked my interest. But I bought this for class with the hope of having a more eco-friendly and accessible product. Not the case here. It was certainly more eco-friendly than the print version. But accessible it is not. Great Intro to all things CAM!
I really liked reading this book. It had a lot of great alternative tools. It does not go into a deep dive so if you already have an idea of what these methods are and what they can do for you - maybe you should find another in depth book. Purchased “New”, but was NOT.
I purchased this book as NEW, but it most definitely is NOT. It has areas that have been highlighted. These are only the areas that I have seen this far. It’s rather disappointing to come across these findings. I was mislead and paid for a USED book AND I should not have.
