I usually keep a cup or more and use it to cook with any lo mein noodles I pick up at my local Asian market. I usually add some fish balls, a boiled egg, and some sort of green veggie. Worth the price and wait. Review: Too spicy - Tasty, but WAY too spicy for me ;(
