Trimmers by Creative Memories (12-inch Trimmer, Includes 1 Straight Blade)

Great trimmer at a decent price. I've bought 4 different 12" trimmers and they were always just a little bit off. Two of them were fiskars and being an n'th off made no sense, sent one back, the 2nd was the same. I didn't like using a guillotine and forget the cricut one. So I finally got rid of all of the trimmers and bought this Creative Memories Rotary and while it has it's issues (you can only open things that are in blue, I'm getting used to it!) the cuts have been absolutely dead on each time. I've wasted so much money on expensive wire trimmers. I bought an extra mat strip and straight blade and I'll get the scoring and deckle blades when I can.

I am SO blessed to have found this cutter!!! It has everything I wanted. Parts that show where it will and is cutting, a stabilizer to hold the pull out ruler to be level with the trimmer, rotary cutter and BONUS, exchangable blades. I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars for a personal rotary trimmer yet, still wanted all I mentioned above. Love, love, love this trimmer!

After doing much research for a rotary paper trimmer, I decided on this one from Creative Memories. It was a decision that came down to this trimmer and the Fiskars Procision. I am so happy I went with this one. The other brand was just so big and bulky and was about $20 more expensive. I wanted a rotary trimmer that was solid and cut straight lines and this trimmer cuts like a dream! Also, this one has more features, plus I can order different decorative blades, something the other trimmer does not offer. You will have to eventually replace blades on this one, but well worth the cost in my opinion. Very happy with my purchase!

Great cut. Very smooth. Sometimes I forget to push down a little.

Cuts very smoothly and accurately. Papers don’t slip due to the nonslip surface like they do on other paper trimmers. This is the best one I’ve tried so far!

I had forgotten about Creative Memories. I bought from them 20 years ago when I first began scrapbooking. While reading reviews about another trimmer, someone said she preferred her Creative Memories one, so I checked it out, read the reviews and bought it. What a sharp cut compared to my old Fiskars, that I had been happy with, but the replacement blades are expensive and it wasn’t giving me a clean cut. There was a learning curve for me, though. I definitely have to press down on the blade unit for it to cut through, but even if I don’t get a clean cut, it’s easy to line the paper back up and try again. I am very happy with this cutter.

I love this, the blades will be easy to replace if needed ,The blades are easy to find if and when you need to replaces them. All the different measurements it gives you, just can't say enough about this, it's a must buy if your looking for a paper trimmer.

This trimmer is light-weight and very portable! I can cut any size cardstock I want. The storage for the cartridges is perfect. The cuts are clean and straight! And--buy this cutter--YOU WILL LOVE IT LIKE I DO!!!!
