I plugged it in via usb and it immediately worked with no need to play with any settings. This will be brilliant for when I’m working at home

A nice smart looking device. It has an inbuilt cable tidy so that is helpful. I used to use headphones but wanted to be liberated from them for work calls. The feedback has been that I have never sounded clearer on calls. It does not seem to pick up too much excess sound like my chair creaking etc so that is positive. The sound from the speaker is good. If you put it on “mute” it announces “mute on” and “mute off” but does this when the speaker is actually mute so the people on the other end of the line do not hear this announcement ! Easy to use volume control. Very pleased with this purchase so far

Can be used as speaker for someone who is disabled or hard of hearring and cannot remember how to get the speaker option to work. Attaching the Jack plug to the headset socket on the phone can work. The USB is used to keep the battery charged

I'm teaching at university and have to run so-called hybrid classes: about half of the students are in the room and the other half zoom in from home. This is the perfect toy to enable those on Zoom to participate effectively in class discussions. For a medium size classroom (i.e. up to about 25 students), the speaker is strong enough so that everybody in the room can hear what those on Zoom say, and as long as students in the room are happy to speak up a bit, the mic is sensitive enough to pick up what they say. Hence, for smaller groups of up to 20 students this is perfect (I don't think it would work in larger rooms, but then I guess that has never been the idea anyway).

There’s me, the only one working from home that doesn’t need to lean in to my laptop to speak. I bought this for a really good price as well and it has a great speaker and sound quality. Worth it for those that work from home

Works really well . I have ditched my head set now and work from home making all calls on this device now as I got annoyed with head ware all day. Really good for family calls as well via laptop as everyone in room can be heard without shouting of stressing voice

Nous l'utilisons avec des collaborateurs pour des calls clients. Le son est de bonne qualité et permet d'échanger avec un confort que nous n'avions pas avant. Elle est fournie dans une housse, ce qui permet de la passer d'une salle à l'autre en cas de besoin. Très satisfait.

Das Produkt macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck wenn man es in der Hand hält. Ich habe mir das Gerät angeschafft um auch im Homeoffice eine gute Audioqualität in Webmeetings zu haben. Es gibt nichts schlimmeres als sein Gesprächspartner nur schlecht zu verstehen. Das Gerät und seine Funktionen erklären sich quasi von selbst und mithilfe des eingebauten Akkus und der 3,5mm Klinke kann man auch kurzfristig über sein Hany problemlos an einer Telefonkonferenz teilnehmen. Jedoch musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Qualität des Mikrofon so schlecht ist, dass mein Gegenüber mich nur schlecht verstehen konnte. Als ich auf meinen billigen Nokia Handy auf die Freisprechfunktion umgeschalten habe konnte ich das Gespräch problemlos zu Ende führen. Es ist für mich unerklärlich wie man in ein sonst so hochwertiges und auch nicht gerade billiges Produkt, die Hauptfunktion so schlecht umsetzen kann? Jedes Handy auf dem Markt hat ein besseres Mikrofon verbaut. Hab es dann auch gar nicht mehr über USB am PC ausgetestet und gleich wieder an Amazon zurückgeschickt.

Have used this speakerphone for 10+ hours: Zoom, Skype, Voice + messengers. The sound quality is good (confirmed by the opposite sides). The best results were when the device was pretty close to me (1-1.5ft / 0.5 meter), so a personal use is the best application. I don't think it would work well in a boardroom with a bunch of people around it. The support from the manufacturer is great. On the cons side: every time I plug/unplug the unit - it speaks a message about the battery status (there seems to be no way to turn it off). The battery status can be checked in the app for this device, so there is no need to get that message so often.

PERFECT! IT shut out Bluetooth usage on my computer, so the option to plug-in is now essential.
