caused GI upset and diarrhea
i did not get very good relief from stiffness and aches, and they upset my GI tract- i found that the extra ingredients are the problem- went back to ONLY the basics and found better help for my knees.

Cox 2 control joint formula
I am an active 68 year old with a damaged back...still riding horses, etc. This supplement has helped me keep going. I can feel the days I forget to take it. Couldn't keep as limber without it. So glad I found this years ago as it has kept me in the saddle and competing!!

Joint Guard works great.
I can actually write a good review on this product. I was experiencing swelling, stiffness, pain, and lack of ROM. I started Joint Guard and within 2 weeks I can play Badminton for hours, with no significant pain or swelling then or the next day.
