Is the 10-a the best model for an eaa windicator .357/.38? i do not see it on any of their charts.

Just bought one and works perfectly....the EAA Windicator is my personal snubby favorite and this speed loader works flawlessly for this weapon....

Will these work for a rock island model 200?

It will work, but it takes some getting used to due to the extra bulk of the m200's grip. When you release you have to pull slightly to the left to clear the grip. It takes some practice but it's not difficult to work out, even if you're not already familiar with quickloaders - I wasn't.

Will this fit the s&w .38 spl plus p airlight? it's the model 638

The Model 638 is a J-Frame .38 Special. This is the same frame as the S&W Model 36 Chief's Special. The correct HKS speedloader for the Model 638 is the 36-A.

Does it work with hfc shells?

Looking at the hfc shells......there's a chance because the speedloader locks onto the shell base.......I'd try it.
