I got this for my elderly mom so she could apply lotion to her back. She lives by herself and has areas she can't reach and this flex applicator works awesome. The handle adjust with firm pressure and stays in place. It comes with removable pads that can be washed or replaced. You can order replacements if needed. This applicator is a quality item for a good value and works very well. Elderly or those without sufficient strength may need help to bend the handle as it is a very firm polymer that can be adjusted to the angle that works best for you

I used this to apply medication. I appreciate the long handle to let me reach the middle of my back. The sponge was easy to remove and wash out the residue from the Med. A very good product.

My original lotion spreader fell apart. All of the plastic marbles started popping out one by one, so I looked into finding a product that would replace it, and was a bit more reliable and chose this one. I am so pleased with how this works for me.

Living alone can be problematic - keeping your back moisturized doesn't have to be. This device is light weight and has good geometry to reach all parts of your back. The provided applicator pads (refills available) are soft and absorbent so you can get an adequate amount of your favorite skin cream to all pertinent locations. Recommended

The wand design includes a circular sticky white surface as shown in the photo. The applicator pad adheres to this. Eventually, however, after perhaps a year or possibly more, this circular white surface detaches from the wand and you can no longer use it. If you buy this anyway, I suggest that you avoid removing the applicator pad from the sticky surface for cleaning and rather simply run it under the faucet as is. Each time you remove it, the applicator tears a bit and pretty soon you need to replace it.

Dermatologist recommended it for reaching problem areas on my back.
