Soft as rose petals, will not protect remote from damage

If you are looking for a hard case to protect remote from physical damage. It is not the product, it is soft as rose petals! It is meant to protect the remote? I'll not at all recommend this product! Rs. 240 for the product and no refund policy, fooling the people around!
