Omg these are so good. They fit a size 10 in women perfectly in the shoe door it u are smaller go a size down. But other than that. Let me tell you! I have severe flat feet. I had been blisters under my feet horribly when I was walking. I walk about 4 to 6 miles a day. No blister sticker would work. I could feel them still. I bought these and they made my feet feel as if there was no damage at all. No on to the intended purpose. These hold. I stopped buying these type things because my feet would just flatten them but these lifts. It lifts so much because as I walk. I feel new pain. My arches hurt due the muscle being pushed up. My calves are looking so much better and mybwalk was so much more productive than before. Buy these. Im ordering a pair for every shoe I have. Only draw back it that they don't come in individual sizes.

With only two reviews when I purchased these insoles, I was taking a chance. The overall support, in the arch, heel and ball, of this insole is better than any of the ones I’ve tried, and there have been many. But it lacks the cushion, softness, that I desire. It needs more cushion in the heel and at the toe area. Overall I would say it is worth the extra price. Though I would not buy again unless softness was added.

I think this product is very well made. My only issue with it is that I don’t feel it’s the best choice if you have flat feet like I do. The arch support was just a little too strong and made the walking experience quite uncomfortable. I recently purchased a pair from a different brand that is specifically designed for people with a low arch and found them to be far more comfortable. So, if you don’t have a completely fallen arch, I think these would be very supportive and comfortable. If you do, I’d suggest powerstep insoles for low arch. Hope this helps.

It's truly the highest instep I have found, but it's still not big enough.

3.5 ⭐️ Just had them a week and I am mostly pleased but each foot has a different feel. The right orthotic has a much higher arch than the left orthotic. I have tried adjusting but nothing I do makes a difference.

I was really surprised! I did not expect much based on my previous experience with other orthotic brands, but these insoles are very comfortable. They are ideal fit for me. The arch support height fits my feet perfectly and they give good shock-absorption at the same time. I walk around 3.5 miles every day with my dog and I’ve always had issues with my feet, mainly under the heel or sometimes the back of my heels. I also have fallen arches, which doesn’t help. I bought very expensive walking shoes, you think they would help, but no. Also, I tried numerous insoles with little result. So, I’m thrilled with these insoles! In the beginning, my feet had to get used to them, but now I can’t walk without them. They are a good fit, I had to trim only about a quarter of an inch at the toe end to make the length perfect. So, all in all, I’m very satisfied!

These things are really thick with a large arch. My feet no longer even fit in my shoes!

First purchase of this brand & I tried to love this orthotic. Purchased for a pair of trail runners. I do have somewhat sensitive feet & modestly high arches. After 2 wears, about 45 min each, my heels were super sore & the arches were very sore. The arch support has a firm padding & does not give, thus it feels like a pressure point in the shoe. The heel support doesn’t seem like much at all compared to the brand I’ve used for years.
