I live in an apartment on the first floor which is partially below ground, so unfortunately, my enormous bedroom window sits exactly at ground level with the parking lot and anyone could just see right inside without even meaning to. I didn’t want to keep the blinds down or get curtains because it feels depressing to never let any sunlight in, but especially being in such a high traffic area, I really feel like I need something there 24/7 to feel comfortable and like I have adequate privacy. I honestly didn’t have very high hopes, but oh my gosh does this really truly hide everything while still letting in a lot of light! I even checked to see what it looked like at night with the lights on from outside and still couldn’t see into the room in the slightest. Before, I had tried some privacy curtains that were designed to still let in light, but they were a bit of a pain and then my cat slipped on the windowsill and tore them when she tried to catch herself. These avoid all that fuss and I can’t believe they’re just static cling! And on top of that, I really love the design. The one thing I will say is that it is not as hard to put on as some reviews I read made it out to be, BUT if you do have a huge window not broken up by any panes that you’ll need to put one gigantic sheet over, it would probably be helpful to have a second person to assist. So I struggled a bit just due to the sheer size and awkwardness of that, but the process was extremely straightforward and simple. And the best part is, if you’re unhappy with the placement or have an air bubble you just can’t get out, you can just peel it up and try again! And as far as actual visibility goes, I would say anything 3 inches or more away from the window are 100% not visible. I have some plants that sit on my windowsill almost directly pressed against the window, and while I can kind of “see” them from outside, they are very blurred and I wouldn’t really be able to tell what they were if I didn’t know. Pictures show what they look like at nighttime, during the day with the lights off, and on a cloudy day with the lights off, so you can see how much light they let in during the day.

I have not been able to settle on proper window dressings for my dark cottagecore themed room, but I desperately needed some privacy and something to dim the light coming inside. This window cling is beautiful and checks off all of the boxes that I was hoping it would. The privacy cling was super easy to install, looks beautiful, gives me privacy, and prevents the sun from shining directly into my room. It is going to be a lovely extra touch once finally find the perfect window dressings. My only installation tip is to measure twice and cut once.

I got this to be able to open my living room blinds without my dog barking at everything outside. This perfectly blocks everything from sight while still letting in good light. And now I can keep the blinds open and see through the top window! It’s beautiful & easy to install.

I bought this film for privacy on the doors leading to our deck, replacing blinds that have seen better days, just before selling the house. Static window films take some practice, but it's not too difficult once you get the hang of it. Everything I needed was in the kit. I washed the windows, sprayed with clean water, and then installed the pieces. Trimming was easy with the blade and card. Overall, very easy film with which to work. They lose a star because there was some color bleed in the pattern that is slightly off. Likely a quality control issue. One cool feature about the pattern we selected is that it looks different at different times if the day and night. It faces north so it does not get direct sunlight, but changes throughout the day. I like it. Recommended

This is really high quality window film and so beautiful. It’s thick and the leaves are raised and give the illusion of real stained glass. When the sun shines through it is stunning. And it provides privacy. When you stand outside you cannot see in at all even at night with the lights on inside. Nothing. That’s great, that’s why I bought it. The fact that it’s so beautiful is just icing on the cake. Installation was pretty straightforward, I did it by myself. It’s easier if you use a bigger spray bottle and a bigger squeegee than the ones they give you. I used my shower squeegee. Don’t put soap in the spray bottle, you can adjust the film just fine with plain water. Soap residue on the glass might cause the film to loosen and come off. I put mine up a couple of weeks ago and it’s still tight on the glass. I’m pretty confident that it’s going to stay up there looking beautiful for a long time to come. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I have a windowpane door that leads into a room I don't want to have to see. Along came this nice item. I cut the pieces to fit each panel between the decorative bars and I can't even begin to tell you how much I love the look. The pattern even repeats like you have with wallpaper so the branches go up in the different window panels making it look cohesive. Everyone who has seen these want them. That's true admiration! IMPRESSIONS: 1. Heavy duty plastic with a non-see through texture 2. Pattern repeats if you need to cut them 3. Easy to install: simply remove the backing, spray with water and the plastic adheres. 4. Easy to remove if you get tired of the pattern 5. Nice color 6. Fit depends upon how you trim them. This is the tricky part 7. The film comes with all the tools you need 8. The third photo below shows the pattern running up. I had to cut each panel to fit - it was fun to do I LOVE this product

Love it! Settled on this one hoping to find one that my husband wouldn't detest. I installed it at night so I couldn't see much, but next day after the sun came up? Beautiful! Definitely glad I purchased this. Let's light in without letting it blind us and offers privacy.

Easy to cut. Stay well in place but leaves little white spots when drying

Lo compré hace 8 meses y aún sigue en la ventana adherido, no se ha despegado con temperaturas de hasta 40 grados centígrados y dando el sol de frente. Buena compra
