Reliable Preventive Treatment
Vectra is easy to apply. My vet suggests doing it in the evening just before your pet settles down for the night, so it can get absorbed into their system before they roll and rub it off somewhere. Ever since using this product, I have not found any ticks on my pup. (I used to find them periodically. ) And since it also repels mosquitos - it’s another deterrent to help avoid heartworm. Been using for 4-5 years during tick season. Better than the collars, because it is absorbed on the pet and adults and children are not touching it after. Also doesn’t break or otherwise fall off. I’ve never experienced a flea problem with my pets, so I can’t speak to Vectra’s efficacy in comparison. Then again, my dog has never had any fleas since starting Vectra either.

Great no prescription option
Worked really well on my 60lb golden doodle. Was staying in a densely forested area and he began to get ticks, never saw them again once I’d put this on him. After application I even found one upside down on his back hours later. Avoided major vet fees and prescription meds

AMAZING!
Seresto doesn't seem to be working as well as it has in the past. Tried this as a replacement. Dog was chewing her butt area incessantly, as well as other areas. Thought it was too early for fleas, but thought I’d give this a try. No exaggeration, since applying she has not bitten or scratched herself ONCE!!! Relief was immediate. A miracle. This is my new go treatment. Very pleased.

Recommended Vet Prevention
This is recommended by our vet. Works efficiently with no issues for my Blue Heeler who has horrid allergies. I recommend this product

Formula must have changed, do not recommend
This formula must’ve changed. Last year, my dog was only bringing in dead ticks. This year with the same medicine, I have found so many latched ticks on him. The product is clearly not working on him anymore. I have tried to contact customer service and have not heard anything back. I will not be buying this again.
