Much better than the other delayed release products that I tried. It wakes me up in about 6 hours, although may take longer if I drank more water first. They have been consistent and reliable. I don’t take them everyday. Only when I stay up to late and I have work in the morning, or I absolutely need to wake up early and can’t trust my alarm clock. I use them for every early flight. They don’t make me jittery or explosively wake up either. It’s a very gentle and relaxing wake up for me. I love these and are now the only ones I use.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Feeling refreshed, I jumped right out of bed this morning!

I occasionally have to be at work early, I wanted to try these to help me on those mornings. Took it at 10pm and was wide awake at 12am. Felt like complete trash at work, not worth taking the risk again. Ended up tossing the bottle.

Here’s the deal. I have to take 2. But it WORKS. The only problem I ran into was really heavy crashes in the early afternoon. Combating those is where I am now. But for the wake up bit, they work. I take them at 10 pm and it’s waking me up before my 6:30 alarm. I have had good success and feel more energetic and even motivated in the mornings. It’s been really good. Highly recommend. Will buy again.

Most of the pills seem to take effect in 6-7 hours and would be very useful in general. However, one night I took 2 in anticipation of waking up the next morning. I would assume the coating was cracked, because they took effect almost immediately, making it nearly impossible to go to sleep that night. 14 days of warking up with caffeine is not worth the one night I didn't sleep at all because of this product.

2 days so far of using this - IT WORKS as an AuDHDer who has such a hard time actually waking up in the morning, has a million alarms on snooze, needs the window opened for light, etc this stuff actually has me waking up without needing an alarm (not that I would trust to go without as a failsafe, of course) I log my supplement, and based on the 7-8h time window have it timestamp the estimated effective time for the capsule to kick in and it has been pretty dang accurate. This has about the same amount of caffiene as a coffee, but since I am a drink sipper, this hits me all at once which I think also helps in the efficacy, but I do kind of have the (very) minor upset stomach (like caffiene on an empty stomach lol) and almost startled awake feeling like being woken up in the middle of the night Granted, im behind on sleep right now a little bit so its not great in that aspect, and still takes me a bit to MENTALLY wake up, but i cant do that if im still asleep, and I cant mentally wake up earlier if i can't physically wake up earlier!! People complained this woke them up too soon - thats possibly a risk still but it says to take on an empty stomach so if you've eaten recently, it will likely effect the timing - make sure to reduce user error as well. (AI seems to be flagging my review for appetite control notes, so clarifying that if anything you may want to eat MORE when first waking up to settle your stomach lol dont take this to suppress your appetite)

It works

Product works. Use to wake up groggy and need coffee (with lots of sugar and milk). I wake up refresshed with no cravings for coffee and all the sugar and milk. I now work out in the mornings and am now a morning person!
