Overrated Product
It is a very basic chair, Material used is average. Today is first day and the chair has started sinking in the middle. On the bottom of the seat, you see lot of stapler pin's used to tighten the fabric. One does not expect that for 5K+ chair. These are very visible and does not give good vibe. There was some waste material used as packaging material. Better word which can be used is Trash. Please go for anyother better products available.

Good Office chair
Good chair, but with lots of creaking noise. Not expected at this price point. This is not an inexpensive chair. But overall good seating experience

Material is not strong enough and
material used is not strong enough .Bottom of the wheel is bend like anything.. center round holder above the wheel is paper not a metal..

Not value for money
It costed me 6500 approx but it is not value for money. In 5 days it started making cracking noise as if its 5 years old and havely used. Moreover it does not have proper cushion so I have to put a towel to not to get pain in 10 mind.

Want to exchange this product
Only three weeks old, the chair makes creaking sounds and is not as comfortable as I would have liked. The Chair House is not contactable on the phone, request Amazon to help.
