I purchased the Wilton Easy-Flex Heart-Shaped Mold for a Valentine's Day project involving melting crayons, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The mold worked seamlessly, producing perfectly shaped heart crayons that my kids absolutely loved making. The silicone material is durable and heat-resistant, making it ideal for melting crayons in the oven. However, one thing to note is that crayon bits tend to stick to the mold, making it challenging to clean thoroughly. As a result, I've designated this mold specifically for crayon projects to avoid any potential messes with other materials. Overall, I highly recommend the Wilton Easy-Flex Heart-Shaped Mold for anyone looking to get creative with crayons, especially for Valentine's Day or other themed projects. It's a fantastic tool for crafting fun and unique crayons that kids will enjoy using.

This mold holds exactly two cups of liquid, so remember that when you're making jello shots. Remember to grease the hearts inside with a little oil so the gelatin doesn't stick once it's hardened. This gave me some great red wine jello shots for part of a Valentine's dessert for my wife. It also works great for chocolate candies shaped like hearts. You won't grease the hearts for any candies. The chocolates came out just right - also for Valentine's Day. I haven't tried baking heart-shaped miniature muffins yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does well with that too. I don't like putting the mold in the dishwasher. It comes out sort of spotted, and you end up having to clean it with hot water again anyway. Best to just wash it by hand, as far as I can see. Does the job, and relatively inexpensive at under ten bucks.

i love these!! they are bigger than i expected and so so cute! the silicone is a bit floppy so i put a little placemat under it to keep it stable while i fill it up and put it in my freezer. i fill half of them with coffee so my morning ice coffee won’t get watered down and it is absolutely adorable watching little ice hearts float in my cup. you can also use them as molds for home made dog treats or even homemade gummies! i’m going to try those next! the ice is super easy to remove

I bought this to make melted chocolate Valentine's with my daughter. It turned out being an easy, fun project for us! This is just like any other silicone mold I've used. I'll briefly describe what we did in case you're curious. 1. Filled the hearts with a small layer of sprinkles, M & M's and other candies. 2. Melt chocolate in microwave (I found small melts at WinCo for a very good price). I put the chocolate in a Pyrex glass measuring cup. 3. Pour the melted chocolate over the candies in the molds. 4. Put in fridge until hard. If someone wanted to get creative you could get white chocolate and color it with food coloring. I did a mix of milk and white chocolate. I had a few mom's remark "You actually made those? Cool! How did you do it?" This was a great project that was easy, fairly inexpensive and fun.

I got just what I expected! I originally bought this easy flex heart mold to make hard candy, but have used it for may other dishes as well.The quality is excellent and the size of the hearts works really well for candies, fudge, snack cookies, and more. The hearts are bigger than I expected, but I am very pleased with the size. The depth allows for a lot of different uses, and the clean up is a breeze. I wish I could but it in every shape and size imaginable!

I love silicone anything; I have Silipat baking mats, cup cake liners, loaf pans, oval shapes that I use for freezing my both broth. When I came across a recipe for marzipan, one of my favorite sweets, I bought this heart-shaped silicone mold for Valentine's Day marzipan treats. It worked extremely well; the candies popped right out. Silicone is floppy, and as such needs to be reinforced with a baking pan or other flat object under it. I put all the silicone items on a cookie sheet, whether I put the mold in the oven, freezer, or refrigerator. I don't believe there is any silicone baking product that can stand alone. Once you get used to baking in silicone, you can never go back!

Used this to make jello jigglers. It was perfect. I didnt spray with non stick before pouring in the jello (didnt want to ruin the final product) so i needed to release the edges with a toothpick first. Regardless, it was perfect!

I make butter hearts, pour very hot butter in, refrigerate, and so easy to get out. Nothing needed but push on heart to get nicely shaped pats of butter out. Goes in top shelf dishwasher no problem.

I used these to make shower steamers and they were perfect. Came out of the molds very neatly and a very nice size. Not so big they take forever to dry.
