Suits my needs
The meter was tested using both a light source meter and a VSL. It was able to read the signals and speeds correctly. The documentation does not identify the port on the side of the unit, but it is used to charge your batteries, if you are using rechargeables, while they are in the device. Overall, I am happy with this meter.

Not really a Fluke, but it has potential
From the initial looking over the unit it seems okay. A tad on the cheap side. It looks simple to operate. I will be utilizing the meter soon as my OPM3 LC fiber cable is in route. I will be back to update this review.
