Heavy duty plate. Well machined and fit well.
This grinder plate is a good quality and quite thick. It did a great job grinding both venison and beef with only one pass through the grinder needed to produce well mixed, tender ground product.

Better than expected. Wanted something for a little more course grind and this is perfect for a medium grind. Well build and sharp edges made for smooth grinding. Little thicker than Hobart plates but that’s a plus to me.
