No, but amazon has amazing starter kits. Also I recommend a good extension cord like 40 feet.

Can this be used with scrub brushes to clean a sink and bathtub?

I've never used it for that, only for power sanding on lathe work. For the job you mention, I only use a battery powered drill. Electricity and wet conditions don't do well together, so I would not be keen on trying that. The drill would run those brushes with no problem, but it may not be the best setting for a corded tool.
