Does this fit a Remington 870 Express 20ga with 21” barrel?

Just as long as it's for a 20 guage

Would this grip work on an airsoft replica?

I hope this answers will help you. It might, but you have to do some modifications on it. I use mine on Savage Stevens 320 12 gauge pump shotgun and I have to do some modification in able to fit it.

Can it fit the 870 tactical ?

I put mine on an 870 express tactical with 18.5 inch barrel it works as it should and looks good as well.
